Photography – Professional Fees
Photography services fees.
Written quotations will be provided in all cases. You will be required to acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions at the time of booking.

1) Personal/Couple/Family/Executive Photographic Portraits – Studio Lighting
Photo Session Duration: Up to 1 hour.
Price: £175 – which covers photo session, studio/room hire, photo editing and basic retouching.
Payment: Payment of £175 is required at the time of booking.
Additional costs: Traveling expenses are chargeable at 45p per mile for locations outside Cockermouth, Cumbria. (Calculated to your location and back to Cockermouth, Cumbria).
Photographs: You will be provided with ten high resolution photographs on disc, together with ten low resolution copies for use on Facebook/emailing/the web. Additional images can be purchased at £25 per image.
2) Personal/Couple/Family/Executive Photographic Portraits – Natural Lighting
Photo Session Duration: Up to 1 hour.
Price: £125 – which covers photo session, photo editing and basic retouching.
Payment: Payment of £125 is required at the time of booking.
Additional costs: Traveling expenses are chargeable at 45p per mile for locations outside Cockermouth, Cumbria. (Calculated to your location and back to Cockermouth, Cumbria).
Photographs: You will be provided with ten high resolution photographs on disc, together with ten low resolution copies for use on Facebook/emailing/the web. Additional images can be purchased at £25 per image.
3) Commercial Photography, Editorial Photography and Event Photography – On Location – Up to 3 Hours
Photo Shoot Duration: Up to 3 hours.
Price: £375
Included: Up to 30 print quality images provided to you on disc. A ‘web optimized’ copy of each image is also provided for you to use on Facebook, websites or for emailing. Additional images can be purchased at £25 per image. All images are professionally edited and carefully retouched.
Usage: You are licensed to use the images on an unlimited basis.
Deposit: A £100 deposit is payable at the time of booking.
Additional costs: Traveling expenses are chargeable at 45p per mile for locations outside Cockermouth, Cumbria. (Calculated to your location and back to Cockermouth, Cumbria). If additional photography assistants are required to complete the project, these are billable at an hourly rate of £45 per hour/per assistant. If required, services for makeup artists and stylists will be quoted separately on an individual basis. Similarly, the cost of any additional equipment (if required) will be quoted separately.
Full Payment: Full payment is required prior to delivery of final images or within 10 days of being given proofs, whichever is sooner.
4) Commercial Photography, Editorial Photography and Event Photography – On Location – Up to 6 Hours
Photo Shoot Duration: Up to 6 hours.
Price: £750
Included: Up to 60 print quality images provided to you on disc. A ‘web optimized’ copy of each image is also provided for you to use on Facebook, websites or for emailing. Additional images can be purchased at £25 per image. All images are professionally edited and carefully retouched.
Usage: You are licensed to use the images on an unlimited basis.
Deposit: A £200 deposit is payable at the time of booking.
Additional costs: Traveling expenses are chargeable at 45p per mile for locations outside Cockermouth, Cumbria. (Calculated from and back to Cockermouth, Cumbria). If additional photography assistants are required to complete the project, these are billable at an hourly rate of £45 per hour/per assistant. If required, services for makeup Artists and stylists will be quoted separately on an individual basis. Similarly, the cost of any additional equipment (if required) be quoted separately.
Full Payment: Full payment is required prior to delivery of final images or within 10 days of being given proofs, whichever is sooner.
5) Small Product and Pack Shots – In Studio – Up to 2 Hours
Photo Shoot Duration: Up to 2 hours.
Price: £175
Included: Up to 15 print quality images provided to you on disc. A ‘web optimized’ copy of each image is also provided for you to use on Facebook, websites or for emailing. Additional images can be purchased at £25 per image. All images are professionally edited and carefully retouched.
Deposit: A £50 deposit is payable at the time of booking.
Additional costs: Traveling expenses are not applicable (as photography take place at our location). Dependent on your location, the cost of returning products to you via post or delivery may be rechargeable.
Full Payment: Full payment is required prior to delivery of final images or within 10 days of being given proofs, whichever is sooner.
6) Small Product and Pack Shots – In Studio – Up to 4 Hours
Photo Shoot Duration: Up to 4 hours.
Price: £350
Included: Up to 30 print quality images provided to you on disc. A ‘web optimized’ copy of each image is also provided for you to use on Facebook, websites or for emailing. Additional images can be purchased at £25 per image. All images are professionally edited and carefully retouched.
Deposit: A £100 deposit is payable at the time of booking.
Additional costs: Traveling expenses are not applicable (as photography takes place at our location). Dependent on your location, the cost of returning products to you via post or delivery may be rechargeable.

7) Modelling Portfolios – Studio Lighting – Cumbria
Photo shoot duration: Up to 1.5 hours.
Price: £195
Included: Photo shoot using high quality studio lighting. A selection of the best images are professionally edited and carefully retouched to a high standard.
Payment: Payment of £195 is required at the time of booking.
Photographs: You will be provided with ten high resolution photographs on disc, together with ten low resolution copies for use on Facebook/emailing/the web. Additional images can be purchased at £45 per image. (This price covers additional time taken to retouch images to a high standard).
Outside Cumbria: Please contact Mark if you require a shoot outside Cumbria (traveling expenses and studio/room hire apply).
8) Digital Photography Consultancy Services
Chargeable at £250 per hour.
